Twists
These machined twists are available in 90° as standard. Designed to be bolted between two waveguide flanges, they are considerably shorter than conventional twists, yet give comparable electrical performance.
Tees
Micro Metalsmiths’ range of investment cast waveguide tees are available in either aluminium with steel shot blast finish or copper alloy with grit blast finish using 60/40 alumina grit.
3dB Hybrid Couplers
Micro Metalsmiths manufactures a range of waveguide hybrid couplers as standard items. Hybrid couplers are available in either sidewall or topwall topologies. They typically have 10% bandwidth, and are available in waveguide sizes WG6 to WG22 (WR650 to WR28).
Crossguide Couplers
Micro Metalsmiths manufactures a range of customised crossguide couplers for power monitoring and calibration applications.
Loop Couplers
Micro Metalsmiths range of single waveguide loop couplers are available in waveguide sizes 8 (WR430) to 22 (WR28) with coupling values ranging from 30 to 70 dB.
