Micro Metalsmiths Ka band power dividers are ideal for use in TWT replacement applications and are available in configurations from 1 : 2 right up to 1 : 128.
Devices are manufactured using a machined from solid body and lid which are then dip brazed. This method allows the maximum weight to be removed from the device.
Tee designs are optimised to eliminate the need for fitment of extra irises or complicated undercuts and manufacturing techniques are optimised to minimise the need for phase adjustments after brazing.
In addition to power dividers, power combiners are also available. These can be supplied in pairs where necessary to suit the application. Uneven splits are also available along with other waveguide sizes.
