S Band Power Combiner for use in Digital Airport Surveillance Radar. Designed and manufactured in house for Air Traffic Control applications. The centre section of the part comprising the magic and H plane tees was produced machined from solid, the integral loads were fitted to cast 90º bends to keep the height of the device to a minimum.

S Band Power Divider for use in radar application. Designed and manufactured in house.
Rather than the traditional approach of using tees or couplers with terminations, this divider was manufactured using 3 port E plane tees fitted with a restive vane. The transition from full height to ½ height is done using 16 special step transition castings.
Two pieces of jacketed flexible waveguide are fitted to the part to account for tolerance stack up during the manufacture.
